Please Note: If you are claiming on damage, we can only help you if you signed the consignment note as damaged. If the damage was unforeseen, you have 24 hours to follow up and sign the con note as damaged. Once the damage has been signed for, Storetech has 7 Days to make the claim for you.

Please Note: If you are making a warranty claim, as noted in our warranty forms, we cover the product only, installation of the replacement part is not covered by warranty.

If a service request is lodged and a service agent is dispatched by Storetech to resolve the problem, but the service agent or Storetech concludes and verifies that the reported issue was not caused by any Storetech products or linked to them, a service or call-out fee will be applied to the individual who made the request. This fee comprises a call-out charge of $150 for the first hour, and an extra charge of $90 per hour thereafter, excluding any parts cost.
