2025 AWS Poster Session

Thank you for your interest in the AWS Poster Competition! This portal is for submission of the .PDF version of the poster, which must be submitted online to be eligible for the competition. The optional video (strongly encouraged for bonus points) can be submitted at the link on the poster competition website (see below). Additional information about the competition, guidelines, rules, and best practices is also available on the competition website.

POSTER COMPETITION at FABTECH: September 8-11, 2025

 

Posters are welcomed in one of Seven Categories. Please submit to the category applicable to your highest level of education or current program. Select the Category for which you are submitting.

 

•    Poster titles cannot exceed 30 words

•    DO NOT use all-upper-case text formatting. Use initial capitalization only for your title.

•    DO NOT use hard returns.

•    You can receive an e-mail copy of your poster submission. To do this you will need to check the box at the bottom of the form that says, "Send me a copy of my responses". Only one email can be used, but the email you receive can be forwarded as needed.

•    If you need to make changes you can resubmit a revised version of the poster before the submission deadline passes. Only the final submission will be considered for the competition.

•    Posters may be withdrawn at the request of the authors up until the Poster Competition at Fabtech for any given year. Please contact the AWS Poster Committee (info below) immediately with this request.

•    Posters that meet the rules and guidelines for the competition will automatically be accepted. No additional communication from the Poster Committee will be sent to confirm acceptance. Email requests to confirm acceptance may not receive a response. The committee will communicate only if an issue is present that would disqualify a poster from the competition.

•    Attendance at Fabtech is encouraged but not required for participation in the Poster Competition. Award winners will be notified by AWS for information related to payment of prize money.

•    Posters submitted to the incorrect category may be moved at the discretion of the AWS Poster Committee.

•    By submitting this poster, you are agreeing to receive e-mail communications from TMS programming staff and the conference organizers about this event.
