Winter Stay Registration

THIS FORM IS OPEN FOR CHANGES IN PLANS FOR WINTER STAY BUT IS NOT ACTIVELY MONITORED. APPLICATIONS WILL BE MANANGED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.

As in previous years, campus housing during winter break will be available to all students in campus housing for fall 2023 who also have a housing contract for the spring 2024 semester. Students choosing to remain on campus for part or all of Winter Stay (12/23/23-1/13/24) must register using this form and will be charged a $300 fee to support the operation and maintenance of the residence halls. This fee will be applied to student accounts.

Note: There is no reduced fee for a partial stay.

This application is exclusively for River Campus residents. ESM Student Living Center is closed during winter break. ESM students should make plans accordingly. Make sure to arrange travel plans ahead of time, pack items you wish to take home and remember to take all medicines, passports, and other important items with you.
