Resignation Letter/Non-Renewal Letter

Please upload the faculty member’s resignation letter or notification of non-renewal letter below.


Resignation letter requirements:

  • Resignation notice must be written by the faculty member.
  • Must be addressed to Division Chief or Department Chair.
  • Must include date of resignation (state last day of work).
  • If possible, include a reason for leaving.
  • If sent within an email, needs to be sent to the Division Chief.
  • If sent as a letter, must include faculty member’s signature.
