There are three CRT Implant Training Programs offered:

Mastering the CRT - Medtronic PRL facility

CRT Implant & Quality Immersion - San Juan, Puerto Rico

CRT Sacramento - Sutter Health Institute in Sacramento

The Mastering the CRT Implant program is targeted for Electrophysiologists earlier in their careers that are looking to gain more experience with CRT Implant procedure solutions and overcoming challenging anatomies. Attendees are typically 0-2 years post EP fellowship and/or have lower CRT implant volumes.

The CRT Implant & Quality Immersion program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Attain Stability Quad™ MRI SureScan™ Model 4798 Lead by observing its manufacturing process. Participants will gain insights into how Medtronic ensures quality in the development of left-heart leads, review methodologies for product reliability and testing, and learn best practices for troubleshooting CRT devices and anatomical issues.

Upcoming FY25 Dates:

Thursday, January 23 – Friday, January 24, 2025

The CRT Sacramento program is ideal for more experienced implanters that would like more support with their CRT implants. This program can be tailored to the needs of the audience and may also offer special topics of interest such as hospital economics education (reimbursement).
