Spirit Plaza Event Booking Requirements:

1. The requested event must be within standard operating hours for your requested date. Total Access Events manages this process.
2. There must be no charge to any participants
3. All sponsorship agreements must be submitted for review and approval
4. You must book and fund all talent, vendors and other activities
5. We do not provide equipment or audio
6. All vendors selling products must be licensed. We can provide a licensed vendor list for your to choose from or you must have your vendors apply. The application can be found at detroitmi.gov/recreation.
7. You must choose from our list of permitted food trucks for your event or they must apply to be licensed vendors
