This is the opportunity to take on new challenges and drive innovative projects within your department or across additional departments/functions. This should include creating new material, processes or programs that streamline your work and/or create added benefit for UC.

All proposals for this Fund must include a student internship.

Projects must be proposed by a current UC employee who manages or administers a department/function that is addressed in the project proposal (examples include Accounts Payable, Travel, Procurement).
