Food & Beverage Details

Events that include food or beverages, (including snacks) will need approval from the FSU dining director. CES will include the information to submit an Event Proposal to be reviewed by our campus partners once we have placed your event in Mazevo.


If the event is catered, you are encouraged to reach out to Legacy Catering at dining.fsu.edu. All events that include alcohol must use Legacy Catering.


CES does not provide linens for any of the 72” or 60” banquet, 30” High-tops or 6’ rectangular tables. Linens will need to be rented from an outside vendor, caterer or brought in by your organization.
