If you do not pass the examination, you may apply to retest 30 days after the date of your most recent DCNP exam. Please note that you may not take the exam more than twice in any 12-month period.

To retest, all candidates must submit a retest application, meet the eligibility requirements in effect at the time of submission, and pay the $350 retest fee.

The DNPCB may also require additional supporting documentation to determine eligibility. To apply for a retest, please complete the application below. After submission, you will receive a link to pay your retest fee.
