If your child was not baptized at St. Hugo and if we do not already have a baptism certificate for your child on file in the Religious Education Office, please contact the parish of baptism by phone to request a copy of your child's baptism certificate be sent to: St. Hugo of the Hills Religious Education Office, 2215 Opdyke Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304. We can be contacted at 248-642-6062 if you have any questions. Parents should keep original baptism certificates that were issued at the time of baptism.

The sacrament preparation fee of $120 per child can be paid through Online Giving directed to the Religious Education Fund.
