Provide details for the activity, such as its objective, purpose, intended audience, etc., that can be included in the Course Description field.

Who is the main point of contact for this activity? (Who will field questions from users). Type in their name.

Maximum Capacity

The maximum amount of users that can register for this activity. If there is no maximum capacity, leave this field blank.

Audience Code

If you want to assign or have this activity open for registration to a specific group, please enter the employee's information (Job Code, Department Name/Code, Bargaining Unit, etc.). You can attach a list of users to the Course Image/Resources for the training field. If there is no target audience, we will leave the audience default as your entire campus population.

Select the start date of the ILT Course/ ILT Class/ Offering. If there is more than one session, provide that information in the Offering/ILT Class Name field.

Start Time

Select the start time of the ILT Course/ ILT Class/ Offering. If there is more than one session, provide that information in the Offering/ILT Class Name field.
