2025 FLGT Membership

Registration Form

You are registering for the 2025 Fringe Life Golf Tour Dallas Membership, which allows you to participate in all Fringe Life Cup Season events (12 total events in the 2025). The membership fee is $300 for the 2025 season (price includes tax).


Once your USGA Handicap has been verified, you will receive an email with links to complete a DocuSign. After your signatures have been received, you'll receive a link to complete your membership fee. Your membership will not be activated until you complete the payment. If you do not have a certified USGA Handicap, please continue to fill out the registration form and indicate so you on the appropriate question. You will be provided with a link to sign up for the Fringe Life Golf Tour Club through GHIN. You have until March 24th, 2025 (one week before the start of the season) to obtain a certified USGA Handicap Index.
