Greetings UNM Health & Health Sciences Community!

The UNM Health & Health Sciences Office for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Inclusive Excellence Council (IEC) was co-founded in 2020 by the Vice President (VP) and Executive Associate Vice Chancellor (EAVC) for DEI. The IEC informs and advises the VP for DEI, and the Executive Vice President for UNM Health Sciences and CEO of the UNM Health System on issues related to DEI including, but not limited to, diverse faculty, staff, and learners’ personal and professional development needs; community, state, and national DEI concerns; best practices in supporting a diverse and inclusive environment; and meeting UNM Health & Health Sciences DEI goals. More information on the IEC can be found on the website: https://hsc.unm.edu/diversity/about-us/council/
