Description of Letters

If you need to request a DMV, SSN, or Proof of Enrollment Letter, please fill the form below. Letters are generated based on the information provided by the student on the form; therefore, any edits to a letter will require a new form submission. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed, your letter will be sent to your IWU email account.

DMV Letter -Students may request for use in applying for a Driver's License or State ID. Please review your state requirements before requesting a letter.

Social Security Letter-Students can request once approved for CPT or OPT.

Proof of Enrollment letters may be requested for a specific use. Include your Proof of Enrollment purpose in your request for review.
