Accelerate MS - Applicant Risk Assessment

Overview

The Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) requires pass-through entities to monitor and manage their applicant to ensure compliance (2 CFR 200.330-332). This tool is intended for evaluating, documenting, and classifying subrecipients with a relative risk assessment score.

Using the Risk Tool

Please answer each of the questions below with a Yes or No, and a written response where applicable. From this, each submission will auto calculate based on the assigned weighting for each question. In addition to the total score, a proposed overall Risk Designation is assigned.
