Owners/Non-Residents: Upload a copy of your ID and ownership documents (i.e.: Deed, Bill of Sale, Land Contract, etc.). If ownership is not in your name, other documentation is required (i.e.: Trusts, LLC, Incorporation documentation listing your name)
Third Parties: Upload the following:
• Insurers: Upload policy documents
• Property Management: Upload property management agreements
• Adjusters: Upload a signed letter/agreement from the owners,
authorizing your right to information regarding the above listed property.
