Graduation Video Request

Thank you for your request to have Dr. Davis record a 5-10 minute message to your graduates for your graduation commencement.


In order for us to fulfill this request, we respectively ask that you make your request is at least 6 weeks in advance. On this form, we ask for your graduate names written out along with their pronunciation as well as an audio file attached with the graduate names spoken in the same order as listed. Even if you feel they are common names, please provide these details. Without them, it may delay the recording if they are not included.


All files will be provided via a Vimeo link.


If the request is within 6 weeks, we reserve the right to not be able to provide the video.

Give a list of student names along with the pronunciation of that name, making the emphasized syllables of the name all caps using. Here is an example: Wendy Cartagena (Win-DEE Kar-ta-HE-na)

To ensure the correct pronunciation of the graduate's names, we require that you submit an audio file containing a spoken list of names. If you are using a Windows computer, and you have a microphone or webcam, you have everything you need to make the recording. You can open the Windows Sound Recorder by pressing the Windows logo key on your keyboard (found on the lower left of your keyboard) and typing Sound Recorder (Windows 8 and previous) or Voice Recorder (Windows 10) This will launch the Windows Sound Recorder. Here, you can record the names, save the file, and upload it by clicking the "Browse..." button below.
