Booth Information

Single booths are 8' x 8' and separated by low pipe and drape. Booths will be equipped with a six foot table and one chair.

Vendor setup is from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on August 23, 2022.

Vendor breakdown can start at 4 p.m. on August 25, 2022


If you are registered for the conference other designated breakdown times are as follows:

  • August 26 from 4 - 6 p.m.
  • August 27 from 10 - 11 a.m.


We will be happy to ship your booth items out if provided with a pre-paid label. Items will be shipped out August 29th.

Promotional items information

Each Sponsor is allowed 1 promotional item for the welcome bags. These items can include a brochure, a swag item, a logo sticker, a business card, etc.

Dome Information

The INTUITIVE Planetarium is a tilted (30-degree), 67-foot diameter, NanoSeam dome with 248 unidirectional seats and 4+ wheelchair-accessible spots. It is fully digital and uses five 4k, RGB laser projectors, with Digistar 7 software. A schematic of the inside of the theater and console area can be provided upon request. Content can be provided as a set of up to 8K dome masters in tif, png, or jpg format on a hard drive. Please clearly label your drive with your organization name and contact info. We highly recommend including a simple text (README) file containing this information in case any labels on the outside of the drive fall off. We will be happy to slice content for our system free of charge provided the files arrive 30 days prior to the conference start. After that date we can’t guarantee that content will be encoded in time for the conference, so you may have to have another organization do it, which may involve a charge. All content must be submitted no later than July 22nd. Please contact the conference host to arrange for setup/test time in the dome. The planetarium will be running normal public shows during the day throughout the week of the conference. This means setup and tear down time will either have to be early in the morning or in the evening. Times can be arranged ahead of the conference, starting as early as Friday August 19th.

Sponsor Guests

Meals are included with included sponsor registrations. Guests of sponsors who wish to attend a meal may do so with a charge to cover associated costs. Please print the names of each guest below and describe any special dietary needs or restrictions. Leave any inapplicable fields blank. NOTE: We will send them a form directly to fill out for the banquet meal choice and dietary preferences and restrictions if applicable.

The 1-day Space Camp experience will run from 11am to 5pm on Saturday, August 27 following the Farewell Breakfast. This is an additional $120 registration per person. The activities may include teambuilding on our Leadership Reaction course, engineering challenges, simulated missions, and astronaut simulators.


Teams and schedules will be built after registration closes. Depending on how many register, different teams may be participating in different activities. However, all will receive an afternoon snack and dinner.


After marking your plan to participate in SEPA registration, you will be sent a link to register for the Space Camp experience. The last day to register for the Space Camp Experience is July 27, 2022. No onsite registrations will be accepted.
