Health & Safety

We have read and understood the Health & Safety information within the Exhibitor Manual.

We confirm that we will comply with the latest government, Public Health and travel guidance.

(Space Only stands) We have completed and submitted a Risk Assessment, Method Statement, and Stand plans.

(Space only) We have completed a risk assessment specific for our stand activities, to cover all persons during the show open. With specific consideration given to COVID-19 risks, and have shared this with all staff working on our stand.

We confirm we will have considered enhanced cleaning for high touch points and will have hand sanitiser located on the stand for staff and attendees.

Music Licence

Show Hours

As an exhibitor, you agree to be present for the full duration of the show, with at least one staff representative being at your stand at all times. You will set up and break down within the listed times on the dates shown on the Event Timetable page of the manual. I confirm that I have read the above and will abide by this at all times.
