Adams County Health Department (ACHD) can support your community COVID-19 related events. ACHD can assist with funding your events, providing COVID-19 test kits, connecting with treatment options if you are sick and some other resources you made need if you are sick with COVID-19 that are available through the Health Department.

After submitting a funding request through this form, someone from our team will reach out to you to gather more information. In order to be considered for funding after the request has been submitted, there are a few questions our team needs as follow up.
