Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) is excited to announce a special recognition opportunity for employees of the Washoe County School District. This promotion allows WCSD staff to nominate their colleagues for their outstanding contributions to the community and their schools. The nomination period will take place over two and a half weeks, from April 14 to April 30, 2025. Five deserving winners will be selected and celebrated during Education Appreciation Week, which runs from May 5 to May 9, 2025.

Submissions will be accepted starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025, until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Winners will be selected on Friday, May 2, 2025, and will be featured the following week. Each winner will receive recognition and have the opportunity to designate a school or classroom to receive a $500 donation. Additionally, the five selected winners will enjoy two tickets to the Greater Nevada Suite for the Reno Aces game against the Tacoma Rainiers on July 9, 2025.
