REPAIR REQUEST:

• Loan Request must be for same product that is in repair

• Please return-ship the loan once you have your completed repair in-hand; you can leave the return date blank

• Same-day request and ship deadline is noon Pacific Time

EVALUATION REQUEST:

• Please submit your request at least 2x weeks prior to arrive date

• Evaluation loans are limited to items you do not own, and have not yet evaluated

• Two week maximum loan period; some high-demand items are limited to 7-day loan periods
