It is critical to both Meraki’s cloud platform strategy, and for our partners’ insights, that we are able to measure customer adoption of our listed Marketplace Apps. To ensure accurate measurement of the health and performance of our ecosystem, we require all technology partners to provide Meraki with accurate and up-to-date reporting identifiers for each of the integration methods used.

A unique provider identifier (UPI) must be used for each API service. This reporting method uses industry best practices and helps avoid more complex and manual pipeline reporting processes. Once setup, this method will be highly automated going forward without any overhead for either party.
