The Nominations Committee is gathering this additional applicant information with respect to how you personally demonstrate the critical leadership and behavioral competencies needed for leading your professional association. There are seven areas of focus and this evaluation should take 25-30 minutes to complete. Be honest in your self-assessment and include examples in the comments for all sections you checked (1) Seldom or (5) Almost Always as to why you rated yourself as you did.
