Principals and administrators who completed the teacher training requirement must complete this form to demonstrate they have met the requirement.

• CDE reviews the submission.
• If completion is approved, PCG grants access to the 5 hour principal/administrator course Building a Strong Foundation for Lifelong Literacy Success for Principals/Administrators.
