Reverse Transfer Request

This form should be completed if you are no longer eligible to enroll at Ensign College and wish to transfer courses to complete your graduation requirements. If approved, you will be eligible to apply for graduation. Please send an official transcript from the college/university you wish to transfer to Ensign College. Degrees will be awarded at the end of the current semester after receiving all required documentation. All graduation deadlines are still applicable.
