- Coding, billing, and reporting requirements
- Considerations for contracting, including provider transactions and value-based care arrangements
- Compliance issues relating to particular providers, settings, and types of care
- Waivers and preemption
- And much more
To submit an idea for AHLA's Educational Content, please fill out the information on the form. AHLA values diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible participation within the Association. Guided by these values, the Association strongly encourages and embraces meaningful participation of all individuals as it leads health law to excellence through education, information, and dialogue. Different perspectives matter. Great topics often include speakers or authors from different backgrounds – private practice attorneys, in-house counsel, government representatives, consumer advocates, consultants, academicians, senior and junior – pairing up to present different views on the submitted topic.
In-Person Conference proposal:
- If you are submitting a session proposal with co-speakers, please be sure to confirm their participation before submitting their name.
- One conference session cannot have two speakers from the same firm/organization.
- Suggest a very advanced or masters level topic. Most sessions submitted hit the “intermediate” level of audience knowledge. We’d like to include some very advanced topics submitted by qualified speakers.
