WT EDUCATORS EXCELLENCE INITIATIVE

West Texas A&M University is offering a 50% waiver on all assessed tuition and mandatory fees for courses at WT, including the WT Graduate School, for eligible full-time teachers, administrators, librarians, nurses, counselors or paraprofessionals in the Region 16 ESC, including ESC employees. If you are an eligible employee, you MUST complete this tuition assistance application at least two weeks before the start of each enrollment term (fall, spring, intercession or summer), but no sooner than three months before the start of each enrollment term and be registered as a WT student with an assigned Buff ID #. The application only covers one semester and MUST be completed before each semester you request the assistance. The Human Resource office of the eligible Region 16 ESC employee must first approve the waiver submission and then submit it to the WT Human Resource Office for validation and approval before transitioning to the WT Registrar Office for residency coding and verification of good academic standing. The form will then go to the WT Business Office for billing adjustment.
