Employee Referral Program

You will be paid a referral bonus if the person you referred is the successful candidate, AND passes their three-month probationary period. The bonus is $350 for salaried positions and $200 for hourly positions. Only referrals that meet the qualifications and criteria of the position will be contacted by the Hiring Manager

Referrals that are Placement students at the YMCA or are clients of our YMCA programs are not eligible for the Employee Referral Program bonus.
