Public Health Minor Application Form

The undergraduate minor in public health at Auburn University (AU) is administered from the AU College of Veterinary Medicine (AU‐CVM). Undergraduate students pursuing baccalaureate degrees in all colleges, schools and departments are encouraged to consider enrolling in the public health minor. To enroll, a student must: (1) be an undergraduate at AU; (2) hold minimum academic standing as a sophomore; and, (3) have an overall GPA of at least 2.5.
