The South Sound Housing Affordability Partners (SSHA3P) Advisory Board seeks members interested in advising on efforts to create more affordable, attainable, and accessible housing throughout Pierce County communities. The SSHA3P Advisory Board will advise and provide recommendations to the SSHA3P Executive Board on the annual SSHA3P work plan and budget, federal and state legislative priorities, and housing policies and programs.
The board seeks applicants who reflect the geographic and demographic diversity of the Pierce County community and who represent one of the following categories: 1) people with experience applying to or participating in an affordable housing program, 2) developers, designers, planners, or managers of affordable housing, and 3) advocates and/or advisors on land use and housing issues.
Members will be asked to complete a three-year term. Regular meetings occur on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM. They usually last about 2 hours.
