2024 ACR Chapter Grant Application

The ACR recognizes the important role that Chapters play in meeting member needs, providing patient care, and supporting radiological professions. The Chapter Grant Program was created to provide financial support for innovative and knowledge sharing initiatives. For the 2024 award year, the ACR has allocated $30,000 for the Program. The $30,000 is the total budget for all chapter grants awarded for the year. The Chapter Grant Program Subcommittee may award partial grants at their discretion. Applications will be blindly evaluated by the Chapter Grant Program Subcommittee.


All sections of this form must be completed to be considered for an ACR Chapter Grant. Providing detailed and thorough information is critical for evaluation by the Chapter Grant Subcommittee.
