Self Led Activity Tracker

This is your opportunity to showcase the amazing work you’ve done as part of the UK Youth Forum activities. The form is designed to capture the outcomes of your efforts, with sections for each of the six challenges. At the end, you’ll find space to upload photos or files that highlight your work.


Your contributions matter! Everything you share here will play a role in shaping the 2025 UK Youth Forum and influencing the Scout Association’s strategic direction for the next ten years!


Data protection


The data you provide us is securely stored in our internal encrypted servers in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law. Your data will be stored until two years after completion of the project, 30 September 2027. After this time your data will be deleted. Your participation in this research will be kept confidential except in exceptional circumstances where we feel there is a risk to someone's safety. Only the core project team will have access to your personal information.
