The dates and times requested include set up, clean up, reshearsal, performance and State of California mandated meal break (30 minutes for every 5 Hours Contracted). Have you accounted for all set up and clean time for all requested rehearsals and perforances?*

The theater rental schedule is based on the academic schedule of the college. If the rental is muliple days, items cannot be left in the theater if there are classes happening onstage the next day. Do you understand this condition?*

Foothill College will not provide computers to run projections, but will provide HDMI and VGA connections to computers. Client must provide adapters to these connections. Client must also have a designated person from their organization to run the computer. Do you understand this condition?*

Foothill College requests one (1) point of contact from the client for the entirety of the event. The designated person must be on site for the duration of the contract. Usually the contract signer. Do you understand this condition?*

Foothill College's equipment (light board, sound board, fly rail, main curtain, piano, orchestra shell and platforms, as well as other equipment) will be solely operated by employees of Foothill College who have been trained to do so. We do not allow rental clients to run equipment owned by the college. Do you understand this condition?*

All new clients are required to tour our Fine Arts Facilities at least 8 weeks prior to the event start date. We offer the tour every Thursday and Friday after 6pm. We will contact you to set up time for the tour. Do you understand this condition?*

We will be providing a catering license from a professional vendor and its Environmental Health Permit as licensed by the State of California.

We will be purchasing pre-packaged food from a vendor.
