The following fees from SCA will apply to obtain and maintain SMPS Certification. Costs exclude GST.

NOTE: This does not include the cost of the application engaging a registered auditor to conduct the annual audit of the account/s in accordance with the SMPS Implementation Guideline which is to be organised and paid for independently by the applicant.

Less than 1,500 lots under management:

Independent Business Audit $1,090

Annual renewal fee $300

1,500 to 6,499 lots under management:

Independent Business Audit $1,510

Annual renewal fee $500

6,500 and above lots under management:

Independent Business Audit $1,930

Applicable only in unusual cases where the business requires additional work from the auditor.
