Deadlines: Book must be Active in NetGalley (including book cover and files) ONE WEEK PRIOR to the promotion live date, otherwise your booking may be cancelled. We encourage you (on behalf of your organization) to set a reminder in your calendar!

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your promotion to a later date, please notify us at least 5 business days prior to the live date otherwise you will be subject to a last-minute rescheduling fee of 25% of the price of your promotion.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your promotion, you must notify us at least 5 business days before the live date, otherwise you will be subject to a last-minute cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your promotion.

Additional Terms & Conditions: Promotions are offered and finalized at the sole and absolute discretion of NetGalley; placement is not guaranteed and NetGalley may accept or reject any request to participate in the promotion in NetGalley’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event your request is accepted and you participate in the promotion, NetGalley does not make any promise or guarantee with respect to the generation of any sales, revenue, profits or any other results or outcome from the promotion. Any prior results do not guarantee the same or a similar outcome or any particular results. Additional terms and conditions in the NetGalley Platform Services Contract or other agreement between your organization and NetGalley apply to promotions. Please review those additional terms and conditions before proceeding.
