Neighborhood Stories - Joe Louis Greenway

The Joe Louis Greenway Neighborhood Stories project provides the opportunity for community residents in the adjacent neighborhoods of the Greenway, long excluded from playing an active role in development in the city, to express themselves and share stories of their neighborhood. The stories will be reflected in the form of interpretive signage along the Greenway pathway. The 2022-2023 pilot project is focused on the segments Warren to Joy on the City's west side.

If you have any questions about the project and application, please do not hesitate to reach out to Hanan Yahya at yahyah@detroitmi.gov
