The Audience Answers Survey is designed to help Welsh organisations monitor key information about their audiences, including demographics, motivational and experience-related questions

The Essentials plan is our free survey offer for Wales, however you can add optional paid for extras, such as:

Up to 3 additional question groups (£400 +VAT per survey)

Up to 3 bespoke questions (£475 +VAT per survey)

Please note, the prices stated are fixed regardless of whether the full quota of additional questions are used. For example, if only 2 bespoke questions are required the cost will be £475 +VAT per survey.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In making this formal request for an Audience Answers survey the applicant agrees to accept the following conditions:

Delivery

Once you have signed and returned this agreement and one of our team have confirmed the information above is correct, it will take up to 10 working days to create your survey. We require this signed agreement before any work on your survey can begin. If you need your survey in fewer than 10 working days we may be able to fulfill this, subject to capacity of our team, and the following charges: Within 5 working days: £50+ VAT rush fee Within 2 working days: £100+ VAT rush fee

Amends

You will receive a link to your survey in preview form, within the timescale outlined above. Up to three sets of amends, based on updated previews of your survey, are included in the package. Any subsequent amends will be charged at £100+ VAT per new preview provided.

We will confirm receipt of requests for amends as soon as possible and will complete amends within 3 working days from sending this confirmation.

Finalising your survey

Once any amends are complete and you have approved your survey in writing, we will publish the survey and provide a final link which you can use for collection of responses.

No further amends are possible after this point; any subsequent changes represent a new survey set up and will be charged accordingly.
