I hereby grant and authorize the designated photographer working on behalf of High Desert Partnership, to take, edit, alter, copy, publish and distribute any and all pictures and video taken of me on behalf of High Desert Partnership to be used in or for legal promotional materials including but not limited to newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, websites, social media networking sites, and other print and digital communications without payment or other consideration.

This authorization extends to all languages and media and shall continue indefinitely unless otherwise revoked.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of High Desert Partnership and will not be returned.

I hereby hold harmless and release High Desert Partnership and contracted professionals from all liability and causes of action.

I agree to follow all safety instructions and engage in the learning process provided by the business partner, to provide a timesheet to the designated person each week, signed by the business partner and to communicate on a regular basis with the coordinator. I understand that I will be expected to follow rules of conduct specific to the business as well as all regular school rules for behavior. My participation in this program may be revoked at any time for failure to comply, or at the request of the business partner.
