Civic Center External Reservation Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in the Denton Civic Center. Please allow staff 1-2 business days to respond to your inquiry.


Please note the following while inquiring:

  • For multi-day reservations please contact us directly (940)349-7275 or civiccenter@cityofdenton.com
  • Reservation time must include all setup and teardown/cleanup times
  • Full rental balance is due 30 days prior to event
  • Reservation is not booked until deposit is paid
  • Outside food and alcohol is allowed with proper permitting and security(scheduled through the City of Denton)
  • Personal property and/or event equipment and supplies cannot be stored on City property
