Webinar Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in planning an AHLA distance learning event. AHLA distance learning events are an effective means to engage members on trending health law and health care topics, while offering opportunities to explore best practices, resources, tools and solutions within the industry.

Please use the following form to provide AHLA staff with your webinar details.

Titles should contain keywords and be relatively short but descriptive. This field is required for setup.

If you are planning a webinar series, please provide the topics for each part in the series.

Overview descriptions are relatively short but descriptive. Please limit descriptions to 3 paragraphs. If you are planning a series, please provide a description for the entire series as well as the descriptions for each part in the series. Descriptions are needed 8 weeks in advance of scheduled event.

Please select at least one (and up to three) content tags. Subject matter tags will be reviewed by our Publishing Department, responsible for tagging all AHLA content, and used by our Marketing and Communications Department, to help market the event.

Please provide at least one speaker prior to submission. All speakers are needed 6 weeks in advance of scheduled event.

To help aid in our Diversity & Inclusion efforts, please keep in mind that a webinar or webinar series cannot have two speakers from the same firm/organization. If you need help recruiting speakers, please let us know and we can create a volunteer opportunity in the AHLA Volunteer Module.

Please provide any additional faculty: name, title, organization/company, email address, and biographical URL.

If your webinar will have a moderator, please provide the name, title, organization/company, email address, and biographical URL for each moderator in your webinar.

Dates that do not list a title are open for scheduling but are contingent upon AHLA review and confirmation. Webinars should be schedule at least 8 weeks out from date selected.

Webinars are traditionally held at 2 PM Eastern and are 90 minutes long.
