The Health Financing Technical Advisor will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to governments in the design, scaling, and sustainable financing for primary healthcare programs. The Advisor will collaborate with stakeholders, including governmental ministries beyond MoH, donors, NGOs, and the private sector to develop and implement health financing mechanisms and strategies.

The candidate should have the right to work and live in the country where they are applying for the role.
