2019 Think Spring Craft Show - READ INSTRUCTIONS

We are now accepting applications for the 2019 Think Spring Craft Show Thursday, March 14, 3pm - 9pm & Friday, March 15, 3pm-10pm The Deadline for applications is 2/8/2019 TO APPLY *Fill out the form completely, note filling out this form does NOT mean you are accepted in the show. If you are selected, you will be notified by email by 2/18/19. THEN **Select the Box, "Send me a copy of my response" (at the bottom of the page). This will email you a copy of your submission. THEN ***Press the "SUBMIT" button THEN Print a copy of the email confirmation and mail it in with your payment and photo of your merchandise to: Royal Oak Farmers Market 316 E. 11 Mile Road Royal Oak, MI 48067 Attn: Robin Richardson Only applications with payments will be accepted.
