If you are fine with your study abroad credits remaining in your Electives, you do not need to submit this form.

If you are ONLY seeking to petition that a course taken abroad count toward the Theatre History/Literature/Criticism/Theory requirement, do NOT fill out this form. Please speak with your advisor about how to submit your documents for consideration.
