PCEF Grant Application
PCEF supports PASD through a variety of grants ranging in size and scope. PCEF grants are meant to provide financial support to programming that may not fit into the normal district budget or that cannot be paid for by the district. Examples include funding extracurricular club and activity programming, supplemental support of district initiatives, or community bridge programs and partnerships. All grant requests should align with PASD strategic goals and curriculum as well as with the mission of PCEF.
Grants may range in financial support. Grants exceeding $1000 must include a detailed budget.
Grants will be reviewed on a bi-monthly basis (see schedule for deadlines).Applications will be first reviewed by building principals and then by appropriate district administration prior to moving forward for PCEF consideration.
Priority will be given to grants that show innovation and exploratory thinking about ways to build on the already excellent work you may be doing in the classroom and/or that prioritize at-risk students, explore interdepartmental collaboration, and provide evidence of sustainability and potential expansion within the district.
Grants should not be submitted for regularly budgeted programming, existing programming, or projects that are not aligned with our current curriculum and/or programs.
All grant applications are due one month prior to the PCEF meeting in which they will be reviewed to give time for district and PCEF consideration.
***Activities Access funds will be considered on a rolling basis due to the potential urgency of their nature, however, please try to submit needs with as much lead time as possible.
