AVID and The University of San Diego process and mail transcripts for university credit at the beginning of the month. Should you have already completed your professional learning and need to receive your transcript sooner than the beginning of next month, please use this form to request expedited processing. Please make sure you have also enrolled and purchased the appropriate course with USD to receive university credit. The estimated turn-around time is within 2-3 weeks.

For all transcripts: Students will receive a complimentary official transcript via USPS sent to their mailing address on file with USD as soon as the grade is assigned. If the student needs to request an additional transcript, they can order one for $20.00 by logging into their MyPCE student account at USD’s website and clicking on "Transcript Request". Please note USD does not have the capability to send official transcripts electronically, however, unofficial transcripts are available to download within your MyPCE account.
