IMPORTANT INFORMATION


All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts specialising in investment readiness, to identify the most suitable companies who are most likely to achieve the greatest impact from the training.


You will be notified of the outcome of your submission by Tuesday 7 October 2025.


  • Attendance at all stages of Invest-Ability Intensive Training is mandatory.
  • Training Day 1 will be held in-person in Scotland.
  • The Get to Know You meeting, Training Day 2 and Investor Session will be held virtually.
  • Only the senior management representative who attends all the mandatory training days and meetings with their innovation and growth specialist will have the opportunity to participate in the Investor Session.

Important Expression of Interest Information

The online expression of interest must be completed and submitted in a single session - you can't save your answers and return later to finish your submission.


To facilitate the process, we have created a Word document including all the questions, which you can download and pre-populate with your answers. You will then need to copy and paste these answers from the Word document into the online expression of interest and submit.

Please note that, in order to help identify the clients who will achieve the most impact during the training, we will use all the information provided in this expression of interest to evaluate each submission on a range of criteria. We encourage you to provide as much information as possible to illustrate your suitability.

Innovate UK Business Growth Invest-Ability Intensive Training is planned and delivered by Newable in partnership with Scottish Enterprise on behalf of Innovate UK Business Growth.


This offering is funded by Innovate UK Business Growth. As a result, a range of data points must be collected to assess your eligibility to attend the Invest-Ability Intensive Training.


To comply with Innovate UK Business Growth funding requirements, Newable, Scottish Enterprise and Innovate UK Business Growth will collect and store your registration data and any information or communications recorded during the Invest-Ability Intensive Training for auditing and project evaluation purposes.


Innovate UK Business Growth, Newable and Scottish Enterprise will retain your records for no longer than is necessary, and in accordance with their privacy notice (see below) and will not share your data with any other third parties that are not involved with the delivery or funding of the offering as listed above, namely Innovate UK Business Growth, Newable and Scottish Enterprise.

Audio & Video Recording Statement

Innovate UK Business Growth Invest-Ability Intensive Training virtual event platform allows video and audio during the Get to Know You meeting, Training Day 2 and the Investor Session to be recorded. The recordings will be shared with participants and stored for reporting purposes.


All recordings will be part of the Innovate UK Business Growth, Newable and Scottish Enterprise virtual event archives and will remain available indefinitely.


By submitting your application for Innovate UK Business Growth Invest-Ability Intensive Training you agree to such recordings, as outlined above, being videoed, and saved for reporting purposes.
