Chasdei Chashi L’Kallah provides beds, a dinette set and a couch to eligible Kallahs.

Beds include mattresses, box springs and bed frame.

CCL provides beds in 48" or 39" widths (54" beds are not offered).

Dinette set includes a table with six chairs. A small table is available if needed as well.

The couch is a leather sofa with a recliner on both ends.

Please note, there are stricter guidelines to be eligible for a couch and/or a dinette set.

In addition, we have worked together with our supplier and we now offer an option for you to purchase upholstered velvet headboards or a complete bedroom set at a discounted price.

It takes approximately two - three weeks to verify eligibility. In order to expedite the process, please list references that can be reached easily as along with their cell phone numbers. Once approved, you will be contacted by email. Therefore please provide an email address that is checked regularly on your application.

Our Rabbonim have set guidelines for the maximum wedding expenses incurred in order to be eligible for CCL assistance. These guidelines include that the wedding take place in a Takana or low end hall. Additional guidelines include other wedding expenses. If you spend above the CCL set guidelines on any item, CCL will be unable to assist you. It is important to complete the expenses fields on the application. We cannot process the application without it.

Beds are to be used only by the Chosson and Kallah, for the master bedroom. They are not to be used as an extra set in a second bedroom.

Beds are not to be put in storage. If the Chosson & Kallah are moving to Eretz Yisroel or living in a temporary apartment, they may not take the furniture, planning to use it at a later date. If the couple moves back within the year, they may still be eligible to receive assistance. An updated application will need to be submitted.

There is a processing fee payable to CCL that must be paid prior to furniture delivery.
