Admission Deferment Form

This form is for newly admitted students who are not able to attend their first semester and wish to defer their acceptance to a future semester. Deferment is granted only for a religious or humanitarian mission or military duty. For more information, please visit our website at www.ensign.edu/admission-deferment.


Please have the following ready before filling out this form:

  • The date you plan to enter the MTC or begin your military service
  • A copy of your mission call or military orders with the date you will begin your service. This will need to be uploaded.
