The John Emory Morris Undergraduate Summer Research Award fund provides support for a full-time summer research experience in a laboratory of a UW Carbone Cancer Center faculty member. Undergraduate students who show academic promise and have career goals of research and/or medical practice in cancer or other disease processes are invited to apply.

Use of human subjects or human tissue?
Use of vertebrate animals?
Use of human embryonic stem cells OR transplantation of human pluripotent stem cells into animals with possible CNS integration or germline transmission?
Potential environmental impacts which require review under the Wisconsin Environmental Policy Act?
Action involving space, remodel, or construction?
Research or services in a scientific, engineering or technology field?
